The Globalvets BOSS mini – Brachycephalic and Oropharyngeal Surgical Stand is a versatile veterinary positioning device designed to support safe and reliable restraint during brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome corrective surgery, oropharyngeal procedures, and dental treatments.
The tabletop design provides a universal fit across veterinary tables and allows the positioning system to remain stable even when the table height or inclination is adjusted.
Its open-frame configuration creates improved intraoral workspace and lateral access to the oral cavity, supporting surgeon and dentist ergonomics during procedures.
The perforated base allows irrigation fluids to drain during dental procedures, while the medical-grade stainless steel construction supports effective cleaning and disinfection between patients.
A rubber-covered rope gag system is used for head positioning and can be disinfected between procedures. The system also includes an elastic silicone tie for securing the anesthetic breathing circuit and maintaining organized airway access.
The base and vertical bar detach easily, allowing the unit to be transported or stored in a compact configuration.
Because patient positioning is maintained by the device, the BOSS mini can help reduce the need for an assistant dedicated to restraint, improving staff availability during procedures.
